Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service provides catch-all receiving, a web inbox, read-only inbox sharing, search, attachment downloads and sender filters for domains you own. It receives mail only; sending and replies are not supported.

Plans are measured by connected domains and incoming messages per month. Allowances reset each Beijing (UTC+8) calendar month; deleting mail does not restore allowance. When the allowance is used up, new mail is rejected until the next month or an upgrade.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. You may only connect domains you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, invoicing, taxes and payment-related customer service inquiries.

You can cancel at any time; the Service continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Upgrades and downgrades are charged as shown at Paddle checkout. Price changes are announced in advance by email or on the website and apply from the next billing period. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, including receiving or distributing illegal content, phishing or fraud, mass-registering third-party accounts to evade their abuse controls, or infringing others’ intellectual property or privacy.

You may not disrupt, attack or reverse engineer the Service or circumvent plan limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

5. Changes and termination

We may change or remove features. If we discontinue the Service entirely we will give at least 30 days’ notice and refund unused subscription time pro rata. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Delivery depends on senders, DNS and third-party infrastructure; we do not guarantee that every message is delivered or that the Service is uninterrupted. Do not rely on the Service as the only copy of important data.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes to these terms and contact
