Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account data: your email address, a hashed password and login sessions.

Service data: domains you connect and their DNS configuration; mail sent to your domains, including bodies, attachments, senders and recipient addresses; share links and filter rules.

Technical data: IP addresses, request times and error logs kept for security and troubleshooting.

Payments are collected and processed by Paddle. We never see your full card number; we receive only the order ID, plan, subscription status and billing email.

2. How we use it

We use data only to provide and maintain the Service, meter allowances, manage subscriptions, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and answer your requests. We do not sell personal data, read mail for advertising or use mail content to train models.

3. Processors

Cloudflare: hosts the website and API, receives and stores mail (database and object storage).

Paddle: Merchant of Record for payments, invoices and taxes.

These providers may process data outside your country and are bound by their own privacy policies.

4. Retention

Mail is kept until you delete it. After account deletion we delete the account and its mail within 30 days, except order records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.

5. Your rights

You can view and delete your mail at any time, or email support@domainote.app to request export, correction or account deletion. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies and security

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language; no advertising or third-party tracking. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
