Good ideas begin with a hello

Hello there,

Lovely to meet you here. We’re putting together a little journal about everyday inspiration, and we’d love to chat.

This message was sent to hello, but you never had to create that mailbox. Domainote brings it to the same inbox.

Sample data. No real mailbox connected.

A place for every address.

An address for every idea.

One for work. Another for reading. Give every address a purpose, and every message a place.

No mailbox setup needed

Use a new address on your connected domain whenever you like. Catch-all handles the incoming mail.

Your domains, together

Filter by domain or recipient, search subjects and senders, pin frequently used addresses and archive the rest.

Keep the whole message

Read HTML or plain text and download attachments. Keep the things that matter in your own mail space.

New mail, without the refresh

The inbox updates when new mail arrives. Less manual refreshing, more focus.

One address, one share link

Share a read-only inbox for a specific address, including messages and attachments. Set an expiry or revoke it at any time.

Choose which mail gets in

Allow mail only from selected sender domains, or block specific senders and domains from sending you more mail.

hello@work@ideas@anything@your-domain.com

Any address on a domain you own and connect.

Give your domain an inbox.

Launch setup uses managed DNS via a nameserver change. You keep ownership of your domain.

  1. 01

    Add your domain

Connect a domain in one submission, or paste a list to add multiple domains at once.

  2. 02

    Move records, change NS

Check and migrate existing DNS records first. Then update nameservers at your registrar.

  3. 03

    Verify and receive

Receiving is configured automatically for active nameservers. After changing nameservers, check status to complete setup and receive your first message.

Before your first delivery.

A few things you may want to know.

Can I really receive mail at any address?

You can receive mail at any prefix on a domain you own and connect, such as hello@, read@ or project@, without creating each mailbox. This does not include other people’s domains or accounts at other email providers.

Why do I need to change nameservers?

The initial setup uses platform-managed DNS to configure mail routing and catch-all. Update nameservers at your registrar to those shown in the setup guide. You keep domain ownership. Check and migrate existing DNS records before making the change.

Will this affect my website or existing email?

It can. Migrate the A, AAAA, CNAME and other records your website needs first. Changing MX records changes where new mail is delivered. Historical mail is not automatically migrated from an existing mailbox, so plan the switch beforehand.

Does sharing expose one message or a whole inbox?

A share gives read-only access to the existing and future messages for one recipient address, rather than a snapshot of one message. Other addresses are outside its scope. Anyone with a valid link can search mail, read messages and download attachments without an account. Set an expiry or revoke it at any time. Creating a new share for the same address invalidates its old link.

Can I find messages and filter unwanted mail?

Filter by domain or recipient, search subjects and senders, and pin or archive addresses. An allowlist limits which sender domains can reach you. A blocklist stops future messages from specific email addresses or sender domains and their subdomains. Archiving organizes an address; it does not stop incoming mail.

Which plans are available? What if I reach the monthly limit?

Starter includes 1 domain and 200 messages per month. Standard includes 3 domains and 1,000 messages per month. Pro includes 10 domains and 5,000 messages per month. Enterprise allowances are agreed with support. Deliveries count in the Beijing (UTC+8) calendar month; deletion does not refund messages. At the limit, new mail is rejected until the next month or an upgrade. Existing mail is retained. Contact us on Telegram to purchase, upgrade or renew.

Can I send or reply to email?

The initial release focuses on receiving. Sending and replies are planned for a later release and are not available yet.

Can I sign up or buy a plan now?

Registration is invitation-only. Contact support on Telegram to confirm a plan, then use an administrator’s invitation link, valid for 7 days, with the invited email.
